The “Glee” star won the award for Choice TV Comedy Actress and her acceptance speech was an ode to her late boyfriend, Cory Monteith.
As reported, he died after overdosing on heroin and alcohol in his hotel room in Canada on July 13.
"He was very special to me and also to the world and we were very lucky to witness his incredible talent, his handsome smile and his beautiful, beautiful heart," Michele said.
