TeamViewer HD for iPad Available for Free Download

TeamViewer, a service already used by more than 60,000,000 customers worldwide, now includes TeamViewer HD App for iPad, an application specifically designed for Apple’s tablet device with the purpose of offering access to a person’s computer with all of its documents and installed applications.

“You are thrilled about your new iPad? Then you will be even more thrilled after installing the TeamViewer app for the iPad! It opens up completely new possibilities: Expand your iPad with all of the applications of your Windows, Mac or Linux PC. Control your desktop and server remotely or help your customers, colleagues and friends from your iPad,” read an announcement distributed by email to TeamViewer subscribers. The company’s Stefan Luksch adds: “Whether for private or commercial use the TeamViewer app for iPad increases your possibilities. Your work is mobile, convenient, flexible and independent of any operating system.”

TeamViewer HD and TeamViewer Pro HD are both available for download from the iTunes App Store. Key features include:

The free version for private users provides “the full scope of functions without any restrictions,” according to the app’s developers. A TeamViewer Pro HD license can be purchased for 139.99 by professional users.
