A huge update has been released for this online multiplayer game from Valve

Team Fortress 2, the online multiplayer game developed by Valve, has been updated and it has receveid one of the biggest updates of this year.

Team Fortress 2 has been available on the Linux platform for some time now, and the developers have released lots of patches for it already.

According to the developer, a client crash related to particle effects has been fixed, the quickplay menu is now remembering the Advanced Options setting after using the Play Beta Maps option, the Festive Sapper now has skin for the Blue team, and a new startup music track from Expiration Date has been added.

In addition, a Headset style for the Greased Lightning has been added, the Conga taunt is now able to play sounds on the client instead of the server, and a huge number of maps have been updated.

Team Fortress 2 features a large number of multiplayer modes, such as Capture the Flag, Control Point, Payload, Arena, King of the Hill, and more. Moreover, players can choose one of the nine classes available: Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper, and Spy.
