14 DAY TRIAL // Footage of this violent attack on a four-year-old girl surfaced from China. The video was recovered from a CCTV camera, after the little girl had to be taken to a hospital, unconscious.
According to The Sun, the incident occurred in a special kindergarten class for mentally disabled kids. The child is clearly shown being raised in the air, possibly by her ears, and then thrown to the ground.
As she lies almost motionless, the teacher starts kicking her. Noticing the girl stopped moving, the teacher then picks her up again and drops her, this time with her face turned towards the ground.
Doctors assessed that the brutal assault led to permanent brain damage. The girl underwent two surgeries, but can no longer walk or talk properly. The teacher has been prosecuted for her actions, but pleaded not guilty to charges of assault during the trial.
