Taylor Swift’s music is admittedly the sweetest combo of pop and country there is right now, so it’s no wonder the singer also came up with the idea of expanding her empire to create a line of greeting cards for Valentine’s Day as well. Fans of the singer, but not only, will now be able to tell their loved ones exactly how they feel about them with the help with a collection of cards designed by Swift based on her music, as NBC BayArea informs.

The cards, already available via American Greetings, are both sweet and a reflection of Taylor’s romantic personality. Looking as if hand-drawn, most of them feature words from Swift’s most popular songs and, what’s more, were made with her complete involvement. As American Greetings tells the aforementioned source, Taylor Swift was involved in every step of the creational process for the new cards for Valentine’s Day – and, one might as well add, the end result makes that obvious.

“The singer teamed up with American Greetings to design and write a line of greeting cards that ‘not only reflect and demonstrate her personality, but bring her stories and words to life,’ according to American Greetings. Twelve new cards are now available in the United States and Canada, under a display that reads ‘Hi, I’m Taylor and these are my cards. ‘The girly cards are decorated with glitter and butterflies, and offer a less traditional style of salutation. In one card, Swift, the top-selling artist of both 2008 and 2009, writes, ‘Congratulations, Bday Girl!/You’ve officially been AWESOME for ____ years!’” NBC says of the new line.

Kelly Ricker, executive director of product development at American Greetings, said teaming up with the multi-awarded singer was nothing short of a brilliant experience. “Working beside Taylor in our own creative environment and watching her get excited about concepts, write verse and come up with new ideas on the spot energized the entire team. Taylor’s songs touch millions of people and we believe her cards will have the same emotional appeal to consumers of all ages. All of us are so proud of the first set of cards in the collection, and we are very excited for everyone to experience them,” Ricker explains for the same media outlet.

Taylor Swift’s work with American Greetings doesn’t stop here either, just in case there were some of you who wanted to make a beautiful customized present with her help past Valentine’s Day. Stationery, gift packaging, online greetings and online photo personalization products are all in the works, so keep an eye on this space for a release date.
