Tara Reid Is Dumber Than Expected

The canceled 'Taradise' star had a brief week of total bliss when she learned that she had been finally cast for a new movie role. The funny part is that she actually believed she will be sharing the screen with none other than veteran actor Robert DeNiro.

A source told the New York 'Daily News' that the once beautiful actress found out from her agent, over a phone conversation, that she had been offered the leading part in 'Senior Skip Day'.

Later on, she got very excited and over herself because a window of opportunity finally presented itself to help her launch back her acting career.

Actually, she got so excited that she told everybody willing to listen (and some who didn't even care) that she will be DeNiro's pair on the set. How she got wind that such a great actor as Robert would play in an apparently rather crappy movie, nobody knows.

The fact is that dumb Tara spread the news to the world, only to find out from the press that she had been mistaken all along. DeNiro won't be co-starring in 'Senior Skip Day' and not for a second did he consider the movie as worthy of his attention, his spokesperson stated.

To add to the embarrassing moment, Tara's assistant gave her a congratulatory speech at the Delano Hotel's restaurant in Miami.
