Tara Reid, Hollywood's favorite party girl and the object of all malicious comments of the paparazzi is rumored to be again in one of those private 'clinics', where stars enter looking a mess and come out looking better than ever. And, every time, they say that it was the 'R&R' that worked wonders for their physique and not plastic surgery.

The 'American pie' star, the most obvious victim of plastic surgery gone bad, is now recuperating from yet another job on her boobs. But, while the first time, it was for breast augmentation, she is now having her 'babies' sized down.

'In Touch' Magazine reports that the faded star had her implants replaced with much smaller ones and a little extra work on her tummy, which still showed the awful signs of a liposuction gone bad. In fact, these were the main two reasons (besides her always seeming to be drunk in front of the cameras) for which people just stopped paying any attention to her... or to her acting career, as a matter of fact.

Tara is said to be recuperating at her own home after the surgical interventions but one can only imagine the way she will be scrutinized when she first steps out in public again.
