Not until long ago, when people wrote about Tara Reid or about her party antics, they would refer to her as the '"American Pie" star'. It now seems that Tara's biggest hit is almost forgotten, since no one actually cares that much about her to make a direct connection between her and the famous teen comedy. Instead, she is called anything from media whore to wild party girl... anything but an actress!

In fact, many people don't know this, but Tara still did some work in cinematography over the past couple of years: she starred in 'If I Had Known I Was a Genius', which premiered at Sundance and is still looking for a distributor (that means that it probably sucks big time) and she's now preparing to shoot for 'Honestly', in which she will take the part of a private eye. Very interesting, I should say!

But her many public scenes, the fact that she was photographed on at least a dozen occasions apparently intoxicated, her terrible reality show, 'Taradise', the multiple nipple slips, along with the way the media covered her botched plastic surgeries have cost Tara dearly. As a matter of fact, they seem to cost her more than she realized until now: the studios don't want to work with her anymore, the other actors are shunning her and the media is permanently ridiculing her. In other words, the paychecks stopped coming a while ago.

So, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do: true to her 'art', Tara is opening a fast food joint to keep the money coming in. The new establishment will be named 'Ketchup' (oh, I can't stand that much class!) and it will be inaugurated on March 31st in Los Angeles. But don't expect to see Miss Reid waiting on tables because she will be supervising the whole thing from behind closed doors. 'You probably won't see me behind the cash register. But I'll definitely be in the kitchen making sure everything is done right.', she said a couple of days ago.

Just to get the right idea, this photo was taken the same day as the interview about 'Ketchup'. You can see Tara is not wearing a bra underneath her top. Because she is that classy. Now you know what to expect.
