Talkbits has just announced the immediate availability the application with the same name for both Android and iOS platforms.
Initially, talkbits will only work in the UK and United States, but developers confirmed they would bring the application to additional countries very soon, including Turkey, Brazil, Singapore, Indonesia and South Korea.
Talkbits is a money-saving solution that enables Android users to share public voice messages, listen to what others say, ask them about interesting events, learn firsthand news, ask locals about new places or drivers about current traffic jams, make new acquaintances or simply chat.
According to developers, the
application works over channels (geotagged districts) in cities. talkbits allows for group chats, private chats with other users of the application, as well as conversation history.
Talkbits 0.8.0 is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up. Check it out
