14 DAY TRIAL // The Christmas season is upon us and, of course, tech fans are hardly waiting to take advantage of the best holiday offers.
The guys over at CNET wondered what the must-have item on the list of most tech shoppers out there is. So they conducted a survey that included 1,182 readers. The results are not surprising.
It turns out that almost half of people involved in the poll (42%) are planning to purchase a tablet. Interestingly enough, smartphones don’t seem to be so hot this winter, with only 23% of shoppers claiming they want one to brighten their holidays.
Just 20% will go out and purchase a computer, while the remaining 17% will go for something less fancy like an eReader.
So there you have it, tablets seem to be the most popular device this winter season and with Black Friday coming, we’re likely going to see all slate promotions being wiped out.
