Interesting to see what the future holds in terms of such devices

The fact that everybody likes tablets is not just an intro that I sometimes use in my articles, but it is a proven fact. So much so that a recent study says the tablet market has more than doubled in size and that is mainly due to smaller-sized tablets.

According to Zdnet, IHS iSuppli has noted a growth of 111.9 percent growth, with over 45.2 million units shipped worldwide and predictions say that by the end of 2013, there will be more than 229.3 million units shipped worldwide.

And seeing how many news and rumors regarding new tablets (both small and large in size) constantly emerge, I am pretty sure that is a safe assumption.

Yet again, the bulk will be formed from smaller-sized tablets, due to lower production costs, smaller size and of course, a much lower price than their bigger counterparts. It will be interesting to see where the tablet revolution is going to stop.
