According to The Huffington Post, this interview of an uncooperative feline graced the website of WICS 20 in Springfield, Illinois.
Reporter Garrett Brnger was on assignment trying to discuss an increase in water rates in the city. Since he couldn't get any humans to talk to him, he tried getting the scoop from a cat.
However, the kitty was camera shy and it was not talking, and I believe that the interview turned out a bit awkward. Perhaps the feline was not eager to share its views on local utility pricing.
Brnger's stunt did work for something, as many publications are now talking about him. I have to wonder if this is some form of genius cat lover-centered marketing plot.
