14 DAY TRIAL // A photo of shoes confiscated at an airport has popped up online, with viewers commenting on how outrageous the seizure is.
The shoes in question, the photo of which is posted above, feature heels shaped like miniature replica guns.
The Transportation Security Administration has published a blog and they have also included photos of other seized objects on Instagram.
According to UPI, agents seized the harmless pair of stilettos at LaGuardia airport.
"Also, what not to wear through a #LGA checkpoint," the agency tweeted as a caption.
LaGuardia has been in the spotlight this week for a crash closing down a runway on Monday. A nose gear collapse sent a Southwest aircraft crash landing, but airport reps have reopened the runway and they are promising less delays.
