TOCA Race Driver (known in Japan as PRO Race Driver) is a videogame developed and published by the Codemasters Software Company Limited. The game was released on the PlayStation 2 console from Sony, the original Xbox from Microsoft and the PC platform in December 2002. The title can be described as a racing and driving game also featuring elements of a simulation one and the progression taken from a role playing genre.

It is based on the rally racing license that Codemasters held at the time. The player is given the role of a driver called Ryan McKane, the son of a legendary racer who died in a crash and has a brother who is successful in the competition. Ryan will compete against him and other drivers in his quest to emulate his father's exploits and become the most capable racer in the competition.

TOCA Race Driver offers the player a chance to use a wide variety of cars that cannot be found in other racing titles. Players can use the Mercedes DTM also called the “silhouette car,” the BTCC Peugeot and Australian V8 Supercars amongst others. The game allows many real world tracks to be raced on and also offers a nice selection of camera angles that can be used to make the racing look more exciting than ever. The controls are solid and there is a physics system implemented to make the cars handle as realistically as possible.
