Google’s Nexus 4 Android smartphone is already available in Canada in the Play Store, but also via multiple carriers, including Videotron, WIND Mobile, Fido and Virgin Mobile.

However, it looks like TELUS wants to add the Nexus 4 to its portfolio as well. MobileSyrup reports that the smartphone may be launched at TELUS very soon, though there’s no word on availability and pricing options yet.

The information is confirmed by a TELUS price card leaked online, which states that the Nexus 4 will soon be available at the Canadian carrier’s online and brick and mortar stores.

The smartphone will ship with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and will pack a quad-core Qualcomm APQ8064 Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.5 GHz.

The Nexus 4 sports a vibrant 4.7-inch True HD IPS Plus capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 2 coating. Stay tuned for more details on the matter.
