All major Canadian carriers have confirmed that Samsung Galaxy S 4 will be available for purchase in stores beginning May 3.

Unfortunately, not all Android enthusiasts will be able to grab Samsung’s flagship smartphone, as some carriers have stated that there’s a “very limited quantity available across Canada and internationally.”

TELUS has confirmed that customers who have pre-ordered the Galaxy S 4 will have their devices shipped beginning April 27. This means that they are likely to receive the phones before it goes on sale in stores.

The good news is that Samsung Galaxy S 4 is off to a very good start in Canada. TELUS seems to have been depleted its initial stock and is now trying to convince those who have pre-ordered their smartphones to accept shipping delays.

According to MobileSyrup, the Canadian carrier offers a $50/ €37 credit to select Galaxy S 4 customers who accept shipping delays.

Check out the email sent by TELUS to some of those who have pre-ordered the Galaxy S 4 and qualify for this offer:

“Thanks for pre-ordering the GALAXY S4 with TELUS. This device has been so popular that there’s a very limited quantity available across Canada and internationally. To help manage our restricted supply, we’re offering select pre-order customers a $50 bill credit if you’re willing to wait up to two weeks to receive your GALAXY S4.

What this means for you If you decide to take this offer, we’ll add a $50 credit to your account after you receive your device. We will ship your GALAXY S4 by May 10th instead of Saturday, April 27th. If you choose not to take this offer, your GALAXY S4 will be shipped on Friday April 26.

Hurry now, limited time offer: You must accept this offer by 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday April 23, 2013.”

Samsung Galaxy S 4 is now available for pre-order at TELUS for as low as $200/ €150 with new three-year agreements or $700/ €520 outright.
