Rogers and Bell Canada have similar offers for tablets

TELUS is now the third Canadian major carrier that decided to offer free unlimited data to customers who activate the new iPad of other tablets on its network.

According to MobileSyrup, TELUS’ offer will be available until April 30 and includes 2 months of unlimited data for customers who are willing to sign up for its Flex Data Plan for tablets.

A TELUS internal document confirms that the current offer has started on March 16, and that it’s available for only $5 per month.

However, the same deal is in place from Rogers and Bell Canada carrier, but the latter’s offer expires on March 31. It is also worth mentioning TELUS also waiver the activation fees for this particular plan.

The new iPad is available for purchase in Canada via Apple’s official store and prices range from $519 for the cheapest model, up to $849 for the 64GB variant.
