The LTE version of smartphone is likely to be launched in Canada

HTC announced earlier today, the upcoming availability of its new Android flagship smartphone, the One X+.

However, the Taiwanese company only confirmed the phone will be released this month in Europe and North Asia, while South Asia will receive the HTC One X+ in November.

Although HTC stated that release dates for the North American launch of the One X+ will be unveiled in the following weeks, it looks like Canadian carrier TELUS has just confirmed it will offer the smartphone sometime “this fall.”

We can safely assume that Canadians will be able to purchase the LTE version of One X+, instead of the global variant which was announced earlier today.

No word on the smartphone's pricing options yet, but more details are likely to emerge in the next few weeks, so stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
