We already reported a few hours ago on Bell’s plans to introduce the rugged Samsung Galaxy Rugby LTE in Canada, and it appears that TELUS will offer the smartphone as well.

The folks over at MobileSyrup have just learned that TELUS will release the Samsung Galaxy Rugby LTE device at the end of October.

There are no details on the phone’s pricing options yet, but word is that the device will be available for around $450 – $500 CAD off-contract.

Samsung Galaxy Rugby LTE runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box, and comes equipped with a dual-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, which is complemented by 1GB of RAM.

In the same piece of news, the handset is also expected to go on sale in the United States via AT&T, as Samsung Galaxy Rugby Pro.
