Wireless carrier T-Mobile is one of the US operators expected to bring to the market in the country the new Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone, and it appears that a UAProf for this device has just been spotted.

Featuring model number Samsung SGH-T699, the handset packs a 720 x 1280-pixel touchscreen display and is powered by an ARM11 processor, while apparently running under Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich platform.

Recently, T-Mobile’s version of Galaxy S III was supposedly seen in a video demo featuring the same model number, and the UAProf might point at the same device.

However, the user agent string is dated February, and the guys over at TmoNews suggest that Galaxy S III might arrive as T999 at the carrier, which means that this might be a totally different smartphone.

Previously, T699 was suggested to be T-Mobile’s own Galaxy Nexus, yet the carrier does not appear to have plans to release this device anytime soon.
