The Blackberry Pearl 8100 model has recently been released, but even so, those who took it home were in for a little surprise, as the new model is due to be out soon.

The Blackberry Pearl 8120 was probably created to become a replacement for the 8100, instead of its successor. No matter how the situation stands, one thing is clear: that T-Mobile will have its share on Blackberry Pearl 8120 ready to be launched to the public in February, next year.

The rumors spreading about this model initially said
that this Blackberry would be launched by T-mobile in the first week of September 2007. And many could have bet that September will be the date. We don't know what caused the delay, but at least the operator can get rid of all the 8100 models at his disposal until then.

For those who are interested in acquiring the handset, you can choose from more than one color. We have the standard black shell and the silver one, but four bonus colors too: light blue, light green, yellow and even pink. This could be in everybody's advantage, since February brings with it the Valentine celebration. Even so, the one to get this handset for him/herself, or as a present for a friend or family member, will have a small, smart and stylish phone.

Moving forward we get to the technical part of this gadget and we learn that the Blackberry Pearl 8120 is equipped with a digital 2 megapixel built-in camera, GPS receiver, Wi-Fi capabilities, it has multimedia features and, one of the most important things, it also offers possibility to expand the internal memory.

The things that you can do with this phone are those you've expected and maybe even more. You can check your e-mail, you can browse the Internet, you can text message by choosing SMS or MMS, you get instant messaging and many organizer applications.
