   T-Mobile ranked highest in J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Wireless Retail Sales Satisfaction Study

Wireless carrier T-Mobile USA is ranked first when it comes to the satisfaction it delivers to its customers, the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Wireless Retail Sales Satisfaction Study – Volume 2 shows. According to the study, the company is able to deliver the highest degree of consumer satisfaction no matter whether it is in stores, online or on the phone.

Moreover, it seems that T-Mobile managed to rank highest in nine of the ten Customer Care Performance Studies that J.D. Power and Associates have conducted. The performance of the carrier has been measured based on four key factors, including sales staff, store display, store facility, and price and promotion.

“This recognition is reflective of the passion and expertise of our frontline employees who are creating an unmatched sales experience for our customers,” Paula Lentini, vice president of retail sales and operations, T-Mobile USA, said. “We are proud of this achievement as it further demonstrates our continued focus to deliver customer delight every time with every customer.”

According to the study, T-Mobile topped the ranks in sales staff, when compared with all other wireless carriers in the country. Moreover, it seems that the company's performance was much higher than the average, as the carrier did very well on all measured areas, including the courtesy and friendliness of the salesperson, the knowledge of service plans, the concern that customers purchased the best phone and plan to fit their needs, and others more.

T-Mobile's prices and promotions are also the best in the country, the study shows, which has enabled the carrier to rank much higher than the average ones for attractiveness and competitiveness in this area. When it comes to the convenience of T-Mobile's store locations, the carrier is ranked above average, while, in the store-display category, it has been ranked the highest.
