It looks like T-Mobile has finally decided to go live with the new webConnect plans in the US, after a few days of revamping the prices.

Along with the new plans, the carrier has also introduced several system changes that allow voice and data plans to be billed on the same account.

One of the most exciting changes is the introduction a data plan that includes 10GB traffic, which is offered at $84.99 per month.

With overall data usage on the rise and the carrier's 4G network offering higher data speeds, a new 10 GB plan is extremely useful for customers afraid of reaching their 5 GB limit every month.

It’s worth noting, however, that overages do not apply after the 5 GB limit is exceeded; the carrier simply throttles down data speeds until the next billing cycle.

Other new webConnect plans launched include a 200 MB data plan for $29.99 per month, as well as the standard 5 GB data plan for $49.99.

However, customers who pair their data plan with a voice plan on the same account will receive a 20% discount on the webConnect pricing.

All webConnect data plans include unlimited Wi-Fi web access at thousands of T-Mobile HotSpots in coffee shops, airports and other locations.

In addition to these monthly data plans, T-Mobile is also offering no commitment data passes for occasional data use, which target users who do not want to commit to an annual contract.

There are three no-commitment data passes currently available from the carrier: 100 MB data use for 7 days for $10, 300 MB data use for one month for $30, and 1 GB data use for one month at $50.

As a side note, the initial price of the 10 GB data plan was increased a few days before it debuted, from $79.99 to $84.99 prior to the 20% discount if grouped with a voice plan.
