The price change will only affect the amount paid each month for a plan

UK-based carrier T-Mobile has just confirmed it will increase prices on its monthly plans. Beginning May 9, the price of all pay monthly plans will be 3.7% higher than current prices.

According to T-Mobile, the price change will take effect from the bill received after May 9. However, it appears that this change will only affect the amount that customers pay each month for their plan.

Anything else charged outside the plan, including calls, texts and “Boosters”, which usually aren’t part of the allowance, will remain the same.

In addition, T-Mobile UK stated that it wouldn’t change the price of its latest monthly plans, such as You Fix or The Full Monty.

The reason behind the upcoming increase is the “result of the rising costs of the business, linked to inflation, as well as our desire to continually invest in our network and propositions to provide the best service for our customers.”
