Wireless carrier T-Mobile has officially announced the availability of a new software update for the owners of Nokia Lumia 810 and Lumia 521 smartphones on its network, none other than Nokia Amber.

On its support website, the operator has confirmed the availability of the update for Lumia 810 as firmware version 3043.0000.1326.0017, while also announcing customers that they will be getting a taste of a Data Sense application, along with various user experience improvements.

The firmware is being delivered to Nokia 521 handsets as version 3046.0000.1328.2024, with the same enhancements, as well as with FM Radio packed inside, T-Mobile explains.

Owners of these smartphones will be receiving the update over-the-air. The carrier has also announced that users should connect to a Wi-Fi network to download and install it. They can check on its availability by going to Settings > Phone Update > Check for Updates.
