HTC One M7 owners who purchased their smartphones through T-Mobile's official retail channels are in for a nice treat, as the carrier has just confirmed the highly anticipated Sense 6 update is now rolling out.

This is a surprising move from T-Mobile given the status of the update earlier this week. While AT&T, Sprint and Verizon are still in the process of certifying the Sense 6 update, T-Mobile jumped from “Development” status to “Complete” in just a few days.

T-Mobile is the first carrier in the United States to offer Sense 6 for HTC One M7, even though the development, implementation and release of the update was far behind in comparison with the other three US-based carriers.

AT&T, Sprint and Verizon are expected to give their blessings for the Sense 6 update for HTC One M7 in a matter of a few days, so those who own the smartphone through one of these carriers should stay put as their update is coming soon.

Although it's a matter of a few days, the fact that T-Mobile and HTC managed to work it out and offer customers the Sense 6 before the other three major carriers in the country is quite outstanding. Stay tuned for more details on the Sense 6 update for HTC One M7 at AT&T, Sprint and Verizon.
