On Tuesday, wireless carrier T-Mobile re-announced the upcoming availability of the Nokia Lumia 521 smartphone on its network, confirming that it would offer support for its 4G LTE infrastructure, but did not offer specific details on its release date or pricing.

However, the carrier did say that the new Windows Phone 8 smartphone would land on shelves through Walmart, Microsoft Retail Stores and T-Mobile retail channels next month, and that it would provide specifics on the matter closer to its release date.

Nokia Lumia 521 is the exclusive T-Mobile version of Lumia 520, featuring a 4-inch touchscreen display, a 1GHz dual-core processor inside, 512MB of RAM, and 8GB of internal memory.

The handset also packs a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back with 720p video recording capabilities, and sports exclusive applications from Nokia, including Music, Cinemagraph, Creative Studio, Panorama, Smart Shoot, and HERE Drive, Maps, and Transit.
