Wireless services provider T-Mobile has just put the recently announced myTouch 4G Slide up on a new coming soon page on its website, offering users the possibility to register their interest on this device.

The new handset was unveiled only a few weeks ago, and is expected to make an appearance on shelves at T-Mobile before the month of July is over.

When available, the new device will deliver support for the wireless carrier's HSPA+ network, as well as impressive performance levels courtesy of the fast 1.2GHz dual-core application processor it was packed with.

The handset can be seen at T-Mobile here, where users can also register for receiving updates on its availability.

Just as previously announced, the mobile phone will be released with a price tag of $199 attached to it, with the signing of a two-year contract agreement with the wireless carrier.

myTouch 4G Slide sports a 3.7-inch WVGA touchscreen display, complemented by a sliding QWERTY, and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon.

On the back, the new smartphone sports 8-megapixel photo snapper with dual LED flash, which can record videos in HD.

According to T-Mobile, the new device comes with the most advanced photo snapper that any smartphone would pack:

Capture the moment with the most advanced camera of any smartphone. • Improved low-light performance: with a backside illuminated sensor and a wide aperture lens (f/2.2) • Zero shutter lag: innovative software features allow for an instantaneous shot at that precise moment • Digital camera features: SweepShot panorama, ClearShot HDR, BurstShot

The new mobile phone runs under Google's Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system, and sports the HTC Sense 3.0 user interface loaded on top of it.

The new device also comes with a microSD memory card slot, with support for up to 32GB of additional storage space, and with an 8GB card included from the beginning.
