On Monday, wireless carrier T-Mobile went official with a new holiday deal for its customers, providing them with the option to purchase a new Samsung device at discounted prices for two days.

The promotion will kick off on Nov. 16– 17 and will include Samsung 4G smartphones, such as the wildly popular Samsung Galaxy S III, which will be available for free on specific plans.

The new deal, available for all new and existing eligible customers, is meant to provide users with the possibility to grab a new device for much less than usual ahead of the Black Friday rush, Magenta notes.

The pre-holiday sale will include free smartphones, though users will still have to get the mail-in rebate money out of their pockets, and will also need to sign up for a new two-year contract on the carrier’s Classic plan.

Additionally, they will be able to grab the free devices for a $0.00 down payment on a new qualifying Unlimited Value plan with an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP), also after MIR.

“If getting a great deal on your gift purchases is important, and you prefer to limit your time in holiday checkout lines, then this T-Mobile promotional offer could be for you,” said Andrew Sherrard, senior vice president of marketing, T-Mobile USA.

“We think this offer will be particularly attractive for families who would like every member to have a mobile device but don’t think it fits their budget. This promotion will make it easier for consumers to join the smartphone revolution by making the best devices and data plans more affordable.”

The deal will include Android handsets such as Galaxy S III 16 GB, Galaxy S II, Galaxy S Relay 4G, Galaxy S Blaze 4G, and Galaxy Exhibit 4G.
