Mobile phone carrier T-Mobile has now another interesting offer for its pay-as-you-go (PAYG) subscribers, one that is meant to allow customers that are looking for the acquisition of a new BlackBerry device to purchase one while only paying a one-off fee.

The new “Pay Once” offer only applies to the BlackBerry Pearl 8110, yet those interested in buying the mobile phone will be able to go home with it in their pocket wile only paying a single fee of £180 ($262/€201). In addition to that, they will also get unlimited email and Internet access for 12 months, all of which are included in the price of the phone.

After acquiring the handset, users will then be able to choose how much to pay for calls, texts and picture messaging given the fact that it will all be billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. According to the mobile phone carrier, the new offer is meant to provide new customer groups with BlackBerry devices, especially to those users who left aside the acquisition of a handset due to the fact that they had to sign a monthly contract.

According to Richard Warmsley, head of Internet and Entertainment at T-Mobile UK, the wireless operator might extend the offering to more handsets in the near future in case the deal proves successful with the BlackBerry Pearl 8110.

What the phone can offer users is a 2.2-inch display (with a 240 x 260 pixel resolution and support for 65K colors), a QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, 64 MB of internal memory and a microSD (TransFlash) memory card slot for additional storage space, a 2-megapixel photo snapper with LED flash and video recording capabilities, 3.5 mm audio jack and an HTML browser, as well as GPRS, EDGE, USB and GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 connectivity.

I purchased one of these phones, and when it arrived I was dissapointed with it because the SIM Card didn't work at all, it showed and error message on my BlackBerry, and it caused my other phone(Unlocked) to show "Network Denied" Or something along those lines
