Major carrier T-Mobile USA has just announced that it will start taking pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phablet beginning September 18.

The smartphone will be available for pre-order for $200 (€150) down with 24 equal monthly device payments of $21 (€16) with T-Mobile’s Simple Choice Plan.

According to T-Mobile, the Galaxy Note 3 will start shipping on or before October 2, while its smartwatch companion, the Galaxy Gear, which will be sold separately, will launch at select T-Mobile retails stores on the same date.

As expected, customers who wish to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Gear will have to come up with $300 (€225) upfront.

Keep in mind that the US version of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 comes equipped with a 2.3 quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, not the Exynos octa-core CPU.
