For the past few weeks, wireless carrier T-Mobile has been rumored to plan something new for its users, including some new contract pricing and rate plans, all comprised in the so-called 'Project Dark', and now the carrier has unveiled officially what some were already expecting: the Even More and Even More Plus plans went live this weekend.

What the new plans from the mobile phone operator include goes as follows. The Even More plan comes with a two-year commitment and discounted phone, and also sports unlimited individual prices that start at $59 per month and can go all the way up to $99 for those who would like to benefit from unlimited messaging and text too. As for the Even More Plus plan, it comes with no discount for the mobile phone, but sports unlimited individual prices, from $49 for voice up to $79 for everything.

At a first glance, the two plans seem to differ only in the availability of discounts for the mobile phone, yet the guys over at engadget say that there is something more users should be aware of: “Even with the steep $350 discount on myTouch 3G, factoring in that $20 premium would pay for the phone during the 18th month, leaving six months and $120 of extra payments left that have no obvious justification to us.”

The news site points towards some other differences as well, including the fact that the Even More comes with subsidized devices over four installments, and that the Even More Plus plan sports two installments, while the device is available in full retail. “Our initial takeaway from the price tiers is that T-Mobile is doing what it can to drive its consumers away from the traditional and over to the non-traditional (for US, at least) Even More Plus plan,” Engadget continues.

The Even More plan for individuals includes the Even More 500 Talk, Even More 1000 Talk and Even More Unlimited Talk options, priced at $39.99, $49.99 and $59.99, respectively. The plan is available for families too, and includes options like Even More for Families 750 Talk, Even More for Families 1500 Talk and Even More for Families Unlimited Talk, priced at $59.99, $79.99 and $99.99, respectively.

As for Even More Plus, it includes the Talk, Talk + Text and Talk + Text + Web plans, each coupled with a 500, 1000 or unlimited options for individuals, and priced starting at $29.99, or coupled with 750, 1500 or unlimited options for families, priced starting at $49.99. More details can be found on the carrier's website.
