Being powered by the alternative Linux kernel 2.6.34, and the standard 2.6.32.15 Linux kernel, SystemRescueCd 1.5.6 includes now the popular Gparted 0.6.0 application for partitioning tasks with support for drives with sectors larger than 512 bytes.
