Syndicate Gets New DART6 Infomercial

Upcoming first-person shooter Syndicate has received a new trailer from developer Starbreeze and publisher Electronic Arts, which is designed to look like an infomercial for the DART6 chip that the player will use throughout the game in order to get access to his superpowers.

They are officially known as hacking abilities and are some of the weapons that operatives for the various super-companies use in their fights against one another.

Syndicate was initially a tactically minded top down video game, but the modern installment is closer to a traditional first-person shooter, with a visual style that, at times, is very similar to that used in last year’s Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

The re-imagined Syndicate will be launched on the Xbox 360, the PlayStation 3 and the PC towards the end of February in both North America and in Europe.
