MGTEK dopisp is a tool that delivers and alternative solution to synchronizing the iPod media player independently of the Apple's iTunes software. Prior to the MGTEK dopisp Windows Media Player plug-in, iPod and WMP were incompatible. MGTEK dopisp enables the synchronization of iPod devices with Windows Media Player. "Kiss iTunes goodbye and start syncing your iPod with Windows Media Player! Finally, there is a solution that is fully integrated into Windows Media Player," promises the product's description.

"MGTEK dopisp is a plug-in for Windows Media Player that enables you to sync your MP3 music to your iPod directly from within Windows Media Player. There is no external user interface, no fluff, not even a program icon to click on. Just connect your iPod, fire up Windows Media Player, start moving your music to your iPod, and forget that the two once didn't play together," reads a fragment of the product's description.

MGTEK dopisp delivers support for Windows XP, Windows Vista and is designed to integrate with Windows Media Player 11. However, there are some technical limitations related to the synchronization of protected music files. "MGTEK dopisp is not available for purchase yet. If you would like to try the evaluation version, you can try it free for 2 month," further reads the product's description.

The actual price of the plug-in has not been announced as yet. MGTEK dopisp is addressed to iPod owners that are looking for an alternative to using iTunes on Windows. The integration of iTunes and Windows is far from seamless, to say the least. Besides the fact that the software just seems to drag its feet, the functionality and the design features were also criticized. MGTEK dopisp for Windows Media Player comes to solve that.
