Although Nokia already confirmed plans to deliver Nokia Belle to other Symbian Anna smartphones in “early 2012,” the Finnish company did not disclose any exact release dates.
However, it appears that a Daily Mobile Forum user has just spotted a Belle ROM for Nokia on Navifirm. Even though the ROM is hidden from public view, it looks like user zerocrosswind was able to download it.
For those who are not familiar with Navifirm, this is an application that allows users to download any Nokia firmware directly from the company’s servers without having to use the Nokia update tool.
Unfortunately, the leaked ROM is only compatible with Nokia N8, though the Finnish company stated that other models, such as C6-01, C7, 500, E6 and E7 will receive their Nokia Belle update this year.
