The anti-virus solution should work even better on Windows 8 thanks to a number of improvements which according to Symantec are supposed to make the operating system 80 percent faster and 29 safer than the native Windows Defender.
As compared to Microsoft’s built-in Defender, Symantec Endpoint Protection isn’t offered for free, but with a $50 (€41) yearly subscription.
