Sylvester Stallone is 68 years old but he has exactly zero plans to retire from action movies. With “Expendables 3” causing mayhem in theaters right now, the actor is already preparing to start working on another physically demanding film, the fifth installment in the “Rambo” franchise.

The film was confirmed in July this year, just when fans were starting to wonder whether it would ever be made. Soon, Rambo will be going up against a Mexican cartel because, you know, even he has to keep up with the times.

Speaking to the press on the red carpet at the “Expendables 3” premiere, Sly said that he hoped he would make the fifth film everything the previous installments could not be. In other words, it’s going to be awesome.

“I'm getting ready for [‘Rambo 5’]. I'm starting to work out,” he said, as cited by AceShowbiz. “I'm going to be appropriately vicious and all that stuff, but intellectual. A killer with a heart. Smart, yet stupid. Tall, yet short. Broad, but thin. You know what I mean. We're going to try to cover all the boundaries.”

“Rambo V” has a tentative release date for 2015. Once he’s done shooting for it, he will start working on “Expendables 4” but he has other movies planned as well. For Sly and his gang, it certainly looks like 70 is the new 30.
