Susan Boyle will perform a duet with Adam Lambert on upcoming Oprah show, report says

Earlier this week, word got out in the media that the American Idol alum was about to make an appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show, where he would also perform. Scottish singer Susan Boyle is also scheduled to tape an appearance next week on the same day as Adam, which can only mean they’re doing a duet, AceShowbiz writes.

No confirmation of this has been made, yet sources in the industry claim it’s happening. Fans too are inclined to believe it after putting two and two together. After all, since both are reportedly taping their appearances this Wednesday, it can only mean they’re doing something together. Should that be the case, then Oprah is about to bring together two of the hottest artists of the moment, much to the delight of fans.

“Been living under the radar, Susan Boyle is set to travel to Chicago next week to tape a performance on The Oprah Winfrey Show. The singer is confirmed to film the appearance on Wednesday, January 13, with airing date to be determined,” AceShowbiz writes of Boyle’s upcoming appearance on the highly popular talk show. As fans must already know, this is not the first time the singer does Oprah, albeit last time it was only via satellite and only for a brief interview.

As for the duet rumor, cue to the aforementioned e-zine again: “Now, there’s a rumor that she would make a duet with Adam Lambert who has confirmed personally that he would be a guest on the talk show. The speculation emerges since Adam is also scheduled to tape his on Wednesday. Crew of the show have already been to Los Angeles to tape some background video for Adam’s segment.”

This is about everything that is available at the moment on the supposed duet. However, more details should emerge soon, so make sure you stay tuned here for when they do.
