The other day, rapper 2 Chainz took to his Twitter to fervently deny reports that he’d been robbed at gunpoint last weekend in San Francisco. Surveillance video of the incident has emerged online, proving he wasn’t telling the truth.

Check it out below.

The video is made from footage from 2 different surveillance cameras, which show 2 Chainz and his crew strolling down the street and getting jumped by at least 2 men with guns.

They all try to make a run for it, but 2 Chainz doesn’t get too far. At one point, he’s seen stumbling and falling, with one of the robbers pouncing on him with his gun drawn.

TMZ, which obtained the video, reports that the attacker took 2 Chainz’s wallet and cell phone.

It also notes that “one of the gunmen seemed to be having fun during the incident and gleefully skipped after the rapper while 2 Chainz tried to get away.”

As of now, police have no one in custody in relation to the robbery.
