Survarium Will Get Open Beta in Late 2013

The development team working on Survarium says that it plans to launch a beta stage for the video game towards the end of the year, giving fans a chance to experience the game mechanics and offer feedback.

The studio gives all those interested an extensive timeline on the official website.

Vostok Games states, “Most likely, it’s going to be an open beta. But in case of huge influx of new players we could temporarily hold up the admission of new players to ensure the increased server capacities, so as not to spoil the fun for those who already got the game access and have pulled through the alpha test crucible with us.”

Survarium is seen as the spiritual successor to the STALKER series and will challenge players to survive in a hostile post-apocalyptic game world.
