A new collection called "Surprise Attack Ultra Mega Pack" has been released on the Humble Bundle website, and it includes 12 Linux games.

The Humble Bundle website usually lists a collection of games, but they also have a regular store. Now, a new type of collections has been posted, but not as a regular Humble Bundle, but as a collection in normal store. This is a new type of offering, but it's an interesting choice. It provides all the titles in the Surprise Attack Games catalog.

Not all of the games in the collection are available for the Linux platform, but that's not really an issue. The fact that so many have a Linux counterpart should be a good reason to buy them all, especially since they carry a small price, and the promotion is scheduled to expire in just a few days.

Surprise Attack Ultra Mega Pack is DRM-free

Like all the games in the Humble Bundle offerings, the titles from Surprise Attack Games collection are all DRM-free, but users will need to have a Steam account to redeem the keys.

"Surprise Attack Ultra Mega Pack is provided via Steam key and DRM-Free for Linux, Mac & Windows. For key redemption, a free Steam account is required to play. The Surprise Attack Ultra Mega Pack contains 18 incredible games from the Surprise Attack Games indie label for one ridiculously low price. Enjoy the hectic split-screen FPS Screencheat, relax in the dystopian steampunk world of Vertiginous Golf or uncover the mysteries of the sub-atomic in Particulars. Discover these and fifteen other innovative, remarkable games from independent developers around the world," reads the official announcement.

The games that have Linux support are: Vertiginous Golf, A Druid’s Duel, MegaByte Punch, Oscura Lost Light, Back to Bed, Screencheat, Teslagrad, Secrets of Rætikon, Ironclad Tactics, Particulars, Robocraft, and OTTTD.
