Tails, a live system that aims to preserve your privacy and anonymity and that helps you use the Internet anonymously, is now at version 0.17.2.

Tails 0.17.1 is a rather small release, and with the exception of a Linux kernel update, there aren't a lot of changes and improvements.

Highlights of Tails 0.17.2:

• The Iceweasel internet browser was updated to version Iceweasel 17.0.5esr-0+tails2~bpo60+1; • Linux kernel was updated to version 3.2.41-2; • Obsolete context menu entries are no longer displayed; • More reliable OpenPGP keyservers are now in use; • udisks users can no longer reset the system's partitions attributes, when manipulating the partition table; • The NoScript's HTML5 media click-to-play features has been disabled; • Numerous translations were updated.

A complete changelog can be found in the official announcement.
