You've probably heard of Bluetooth. How about SuperTooth? It's BlueAnt's (an Australian firm) SuperTooth Light actually. This is a Bluetooth-enabled mobile device speakerphone that's full-duplex. Full-duplex refers to the transmission of data in two directions simultaneously.

That means you will still hear your mother make observations while you're shouting back: "Yes, I ate the pies you sent me!" (what you need here is a half-duplex device like a walkie-talkie and not a mother-friendly gizmo). The device has also echo cancellation (Clear Voice Capture), which is good considering that women potential callers have high-pitched voices. Noise cancellation (Digital Signal Processor) will also help if you happen to ride one of those noisy children crowded cars. BlueAnt touts that it supports voice dial activation, redial and call reject: one key to pick up a call, one key to reject the call or to hang up and two keys to adjust the volume. User friendly all right. It can fit into your car's sun visor and will work in the same way as many GPS receivers that also include Bluetooth speakerphones on board. The side microphone can be retracted when is not in use.

The battery will give you 15 hours of talk time and 800 hours of standby time. It comes in 2 flavors: black and white. The SuperTooth Light comes with Bluetooth v 1.2 and it's compatible with all Bluetooth phones. It's small- 122 x18 mm and also light- 115 grams. The device also comes with a wall charger and a cigarette lighter plug.

You can get it for 99$ (pre-order).
