14 DAY TRIAL // Thanks to a series of updates, Apple has managed to make most of its computer systems support the latest DDR3 memory technology, delivering a boost in performance over previous-generation DDR2 memory. On that note, Super Talent technology, a leading vendor of computer Flash storage and DRAM memory modules, has recently announced that it has begun shipping its new line of DDR3 memory, specifically designed to meet the requirements of iMac, MacBook, MacBook Pro and Mac Pro users. The new line is focused on delivering support to Apple system users, enabling them to improve or replace the memory inside their various Mac systems.
“This new line of Mac DDR3 memory is built specifically for, and is certified for use in Apple systems. Our engineers have done extensive compatibility testing to ensure that customers can enjoy a no-hassle upgrade,” said Super Talent Director of Marketing Joe James.
Super Talent's latest memory line comes in modules of 1GB and 2GB DDR3-1066, targeted at the iMac, MacBook and MacBook Pro on one side and the Mac Pro on the other. This enables almost all Mac users to take into consideration Super Talent's offering, as they will find the right memory module for their Mac system. In addition, thanks to Super Talent's collaboration with the Cupertino, California-based PC vendor, users can be certain that the Super Talent Apple-approved modules are compatible with their Mac systems.
Although the memory vendor announced that its new line of Apple DDR3 memory was shipping to resellers worldwide, the company didn't detail the pricing of its new modules. Such information is likely available at your local Super Talent reseller.
With the launch of its new Apple approved memory modules, Super Talent also announced that it would be present at the Computex show in Taipei, Taiwan, where it would showcase the new Mac-ready lineup.
