Super Stardust Delta Gets DLC and Pricing Details, New Screenshots

Sony has just released some brand new details about Super Stardust Delta for the PlayStation Vita, including information about DLC that's already available via the PS Store and a few new screenshots.

Among the most visually impressive games that have already appeared for the PlayStation Vita is Super Stardust Delta, a new iteration in the twin-stick shooter series that already delighted lots of gamers on the PS3 and PSP in recent years.

Now, in order to get people interested in the downloadable game, Sony has revealed pricing and content details about Super Stardust Delta.

The shooter, which is already available on the PlayStation Store even if the Vita isn’t officially out in North America or Europe, costs $9.99/€9.99. It includes all sorts of game modes, from the ones we’ve already seen in Super Stardust HD on the PS3, to new ones, like Crush, Disc Slide, Orbit Bomber, Trucker, or Rock and Roll.

If you want even more gameplay possibilities, you can get the Blast Pack DLC, which is a package that includes four additional game modes including Endless, Impact, Bomber, and Twin Gun. This DLC will be priced at $8/€8.

If you want both of them, then you can get the Super Stardust Delta Interstellar Bundle that costs just $14.99/€14.99.

“We’ve utilized PS Vita’s front touchscreen, rear touchscreen and motion sensors to introduce all-new controls that enable you to launch missiles, create black holes, unleash crush attacks and trigger massive shockwaves. You’ll also be able to access Super Stardust Delta’s robust global online leaderboard via PS Vita’s Wi-Fi and 3G capabilities, so you’ll be able to compare your scores on-the-go,” the company said about the game.
