Super Meat Boy, the tough as nails 2D platformer from Team Meat, is celebrating its 1-year anniversary this weekend on Steam by slashing the price on a huge variety of indie games, offering each with a 50 percent discount, or all of them as a bundle for 75% off.

Super Meat Boy was a cult hit, last year when it was released by Team Meat, managing to really impress fans of independent games as well as those who wanted a serious challenge, thanks to its hard to master gameplay.

Now, in order to celebrate its 1-year anniversary, a huge variety of indie games, including Super Meat Boy, have been discounted on the Steam digital distribution service, including Aquaria, Bit.Trip Beat, Braid, Machinarium, or World of Goo, which can all be had with a 50% discount.

What's more, if you buy the whole Super Meat Boy Anniversary Bundle, which includes all these games plus Half Life 2, then you'll get a 75% discount, meaning you just have to pay just $24.99 (22.59 Euros).
