Super Mario 64 DS is an exclusive video game made by Nintendo's Entertainment Analysis and Development studio, published exclusively for the Nintendo DS by the Japanese company itself, released on November 21, 2004, in North America, December 2, that same year, in Japan, on February 24, 2005, in Australia, and on March 11, 2005, in Europe, as a remastered edition of the original Super Mario 64 that appeared on the Nintendo 64 home console.
The new game didn't try to fundamentally change the mechanics of the original, as the gameplay is pretty much the same, but the visuals have been improved upon, thanks to more powerful DS hardware, while the studio added extra characters, like Yoshi or Wario.

Glowing rabbits
-When you are looking for rabbits or see some rabbits that are glowing, they belong to the white door next to Wario's door. Using Wario, go to the room for Course 2 after completing the game. You may see a white rabbit. There is a glitch for this rabbit. After the first time you catch this rabbit go outside then come back in. The rabbit is still glowing, but it says that you have not caught it. Do this three times and get closer to getting the white room key.
-You can catch the rabbits with any character and almost any location. Try using Yoshi and go to the main hall of the castle. Go in and out the front door. This works better because there are always three rabbits across the bridge for Yoshi, once you have caught them. About every ten times there will be a glowing white rabbit. Once you have collected them all, the last one will give you a key to unlock the final door in the "character change" room. It will give you a Secret Castle Power Star.
-To get all the glowing rabbits, get Yoshi and go to the main door when you enter the castle. Go in and out and every time look across the bridge. There should be at least three rabbits. If you keep doing this you will eventually get all the glowing rabbits.
