Super Mario 64 DS Hints VII (DS)

Super Mario 64 DS is a video game released exclusively for the Nintendo DS, developed by the Entertainment Analysis and Development division of the Japanese company, and published by Nintendo itself on November 21, 2004, in North America, December 2, that same year, in Japan, on February 24, 2005, in Australia, and on March 11, 2005, in Europe, as a remake of the original Super Mario 64 that appeared in the 1990s for the Nintendo 64 home console.

This remastered DS version of the game doesn't really alter the core principles of the classic title, in order to lure in those that want to experience it once more, but does upgrade things like graphics or gameplay, by taking advantage of the more powerful DS handheld device, while adding extra playable characters, including Yoshi or Wario, who have special powers that come in handy in certain areas of the game's world.

Lethal Lava Land

Extra lives
When you are at the last star, take the Koopa shell and surf around on the platforms and on the lava. You will find lots of 1-Ups scattered all over the place.

Peach's Castle

Mirror Room: Secret Star
-Once you have access to the second floor, visit the Mirror Room with Luigi. Grab a flower and walk into the mirror to pass through it. Go straight to the door in the background and it will open, bringing you to a completely white room with a star in it. To get back into the main area, grab another flower or go to the right to free Wario (if you already have not done so).
-Go to the mirror room with Luigi and get the flower. Go into the mirror. Through the other door in the mirror will be a Star.

Stop the clock level
-To stop the clock level on the third floor of the castle, jump in at exactly 12 o'clock.
-Go in at 3, 6, or 9 o'clock to make it slow, medium, or fast; respectively.
-When you go up to the clock, instead of entering it, wait until the big hand goes around once.
