“Probably the best poster in the world,” reads the message emblazoned on this billboard in London, UK

As part of a new marketing campaign, Carlsberg introduced guys and gals in London, UK, to a super cool billboard that doubled as a self-service beer tap.

That's right, this billboard, set in place next to London's Old Truman Brewery on Brick Lane, served folks a glass of refreshing beer. Better yet, the beer was free.

The name “Carlsberg” wasn't written down anywhere on the billboard. Still, people knew exactly where the beer was coming from. Truth be told, this mystery wasn't all that difficult to crack.

“Probably the best poster in the world,” reads the message inscribed in white on the green billboard, essentially a twist on the brand's slogan, which advertises Carlsberg as “Probably the best beer in the world.”

Since one too many sips of beer can get people in trouble, Carlsberg representatives made sure nobody helped themselves to more than one glass and that the billboard's customers were over the age of 18.

Just to make sure things wouldn't get out of hand, the brand also had a security guard keep an eye on the people who approached the billboard to help themselves to a glass of beer.

“The interactive billboard is a world-first and truly brings to life the return of the 'If Carlsberg did' campaign, enabling people to participate in this iconic advertising slogan,” brand director David Scott commented on this marketing scheme.
